It covers course fees, and in many cases trainer, venue and consumable costs, subject to HRD Corp's claimable rates and scheme rules.

Unused levy doesn't roll over indefinitely. HRD Corp applies utilisation rules that can see long-idle funds reallocated, which is why so many SMEs lose value each year. Our Fund Utilisation Planning service builds a calendar that spends your balance before it's at risk.

Yes. Altomate Growth is an HRD Corp registered training provider, and every course in our Academy — both on-demand and instructor-led — is claimable against your levy. We also handle the grant application and claim submission on your behalf.

Malaysia's e-Invoicing mandate is being rolled out in phases by annual revenue band. Once your band's deadline arrives, invoices must be validated through LHDN's MyInvois system. Our e-Invoicing guide and training help you register, choose an integration path, and pilot the switch before go-live.

Failure to register or contribute under the PSMB Act 2001 can attract a fine of up to RM20,000, imprisonment, or both — plus a 10% monthly surcharge on any late levy payment, accruing from the first day overdue. Staying registered and current is far cheaper than the penalty.
