Why now

Get ahead of the mandate

LHDN's e-Invoice mandate is rolling out by revenue band, and the middle of the market is in the thick of it — Phase 4 (RM1m–RM5m) went live on 1 January 2026, with penalties held off until 2028. Even businesses under the RM1 million exemption feel the pull, because larger customers increasingly ask for e-invoices. This workshop gets your finance team confident and live on MyInvois before it becomes a fire drill — no rejected invoices, no last-minute scramble.

Outcomes

What your team will be able to do

  • Work out exactly which phase applies to you, and by when.
  • Register and set up the business on MyInvois — TIN, MSIC code and SST details.
  • Issue, validate, cancel and reject e-invoices correctly.
  • Handle consolidated e-invoices, the RM10,000 rule, and self-billed e-invoices.
  • Choose sensibly between the MyInvois Portal and API / accounting-software integration.
  • Clean and map master data — customer TINs, classification codes and the required fields.
  • Build a go-live plan and sidestep the most common reasons e-invoices get rejected.
